Professional and Scientific Experience: He earned his PhD in Economics at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, focusing on the topic\u00a0\u201cMarketing of Added Value.\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0Throughout his career, he has held various managerial positions and performed complex and responsible tasks in multiple business entities. He served as\u00a0Chief Executive Officer from 2015 to 2021<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Dean at EFFECTUS University from 2021 to 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

His primary professional orientation in management includes\u00a0strategic planning and execution, organizational restructuring, designing new organizational forms, and managing change and crisis situations<\/strong>. He also analyzes various processes and phenomena of modern economic reality.<\/p>\n

He is a\u00a0full professor at EFFECTUS University in Zagreb<\/strong>\u00a0and a\u00a0permanent court expert in the field of marketing and market research<\/strong>. In 2017, he completed a\u00a0Pedagogical-Psychological and Didactic-Methodological Training (PPDMI)<\/strong>. He was appointed\u00a0Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics in Osijek in 2016<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Full Professor in 2023 at IUT-BiH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

He has participated as a researcher in several\u00a0scientific and research projects<\/strong>. As part of his academic and professional collaboration, he has lectured at multiple faculties and higher education institutions as an external associate and guest lecturer. He is the\u00a0Head of Lifelong Learning at EFFECTUS University<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0creator of multiple programs and workshops<\/strong>\u00a0in this field.<\/p>\n

He is the\u00a0author and co-author of 94 scientific papers and 39 professional papers<\/strong>, as well as numerous\u00a0study programs<\/strong>\u00a0in marketing, management, entrepreneurship, new organizational forms (clusters), wine marketing and markets, and business competitiveness and process optimization.<\/p>\n

Throughout his extensive career, he has led or collaborated on various projects. He has\u00a0published twelve (12) books<\/strong>\u00a0as an author, co-author, or editor. He has participated in numerous national and international conferences, with his research published in conference proceedings and scientific journals.<\/p>\n

He is a member of\u00a0prestigious scientific and professional associations<\/strong>\u00a0and program committees and has received multiple awards for his work. He was one of the\u00a0founders of the Croatian National Association of Winemakers and Vine Growers<\/strong>, serving as its first president and an active participant in the\u00a0\u201cVina Croatia\u201d and \u201cVina Mosaica\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0branding initiatives.<\/p>\n
