He has over thirty-five years<\/strong> of work experience in the economy, with more than thirty years<\/strong> in management positions, including CEO of Narodne novine d.d.<\/strong>, Director of the Cluster of Auto Parts Manufacturers<\/strong>, Director of Enima d.d. Zagreb<\/strong>, and Director of Marketing and Finance at Elcon d.d. Zlatar Bistrica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n His previous work experience includes the following positions and activities: management of joint-stock companies<\/strong>, creation of business and development policies<\/strong>, financial policy development<\/strong>, preparation of plans and programs<\/strong>, decision-making on capital investments<\/strong>, project management<\/strong>, concluding international contracts<\/strong>, introducing new programs into company operations<\/strong>, and management of human resources<\/strong>.<\/p>\n He holds the status of Associate Professor<\/strong> at a University of Applied Sciences<\/strong>. He is the author of several professional and scientific papers<\/strong> in the fields of management<\/strong>, marketing<\/strong>, and finance<\/strong>.
