Upon your return to your home University you will have to obtain to your ERASMUS COORDINATOR:<\/p>\n

1. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE<\/strong> (document issued by the host University) \u2013 mandatory certificate in order to continue studies at EFFECTUS. Please fill it in immediately after finishing the course of your studies.<\/p>\n

2.EFFECTUS Survey<\/strong>
Please fill in the 2 min survey about your international experience. Click here to download.<\/p>\n

3. ERASMUS + REPORT<\/strong>
Please write 240 words essay about your international studying experience in an informal way. Upload your essay by sending to an e-mail to the ERASMUS coordinator.<\/p>\n

4. Or do a 90 seconds video with your international experience while you are there. Please send your video to ERASMUS coordinator.<\/p>\n
