The 12th generation of participants in the EFFECTUS College lifelong learning program, Supervision and Corporate Governance<\/em>, embarked on their three-month educational journey in mid-March. Through this program, they will acquire and deepen their knowledge of the legal framework of corporate governance, its economic and financial aspects, and corporate security.<\/p>\n According to program directors Miljenko Javorovi\u0107, M.Sc.<\/strong>\u00a0and Academician Jak\u0161a Barbi\u0107<\/strong>, the goal of the program is to provide board members, supervisory board members of companies, as well as directors and supervisory board members of institutions, with essential knowledge about different types of companies, share capital, stocks, and business shares.<\/p>\n Assoc.
