On May 14th, the educational and professional development journey of 21 participants from the 12th generation of the EFFECTUS University College Lifelong Learning Program \u2013 Supervision and Corporate Governance<\/em> \u2013 concluded with a formal Certificate Award Ceremony.<\/strong><\/p>\n Certificates and diplomas were presented during the ceremony by the Program Director, Mr. Miljenko Javorovi\u0107, MSc, and Professor \u0110uro Horvat, PhD, Director of EFFECTUS Business School. They congratulated the participants on their excellence, motivation, and dedication, emphasizing the importance of continuous professional development in today\u2019s dynamic business environment. They reiterated the core message of this lifelong learning program: \u201cCorporate governance begins with understanding and ends with responsibility \u2013 it is precisely this knowledge that makes the difference.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Throughout approximately one hundred hours of instruction, participants gained practical insights into types of business entities, share capital, shares and ownership stakes, as well as corporate bodies, their authorities and responsibilities, and models of remuneration for management and supervisory board members.
