EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences supports international student mobility and invites all interested students to take part in future Erasmus+ programs.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n The experiences of our students confirm that Erasmus+ is not merely an academic exchange \u2013 it is a life-changing journey that shapes future professionals.<\/p>\n From May 12 to 16, six female students from EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences participated in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) in Warsaw. The participants included first-year students of the professional short study program Entrepreneurship<\/em>, first-year students of the professional undergraduate program Finance and Business Law<\/em>, and first- and second-year students of the professional graduate MBA program Business Management<\/em>.<\/p>\n The program, titled \u201cAI Tools for Professional Growth \u2013 Enhancing Career Competencies with AI Technology,\u201d<\/strong> was held at Wszechnica Polska University of Applied Sciences and brought together students from across Europe. The aim was to develop professional competencies through the use of artificial intelligence, with a special focus on ethics and the practical application of AI technologies.<\/p>\n Through lectures, hands-on workshops, and team projects, students explored the application of AI tools in education, management, law, security, and communication. Participation in international teams encouraged further exchange of ideas, intercultural communication, and a spirit of collaboration. Below are their impressions and experiences \u2013 ones that extend far beyond academic learning.<\/p>\n A Unique Experience of Togetherness:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25b6 Lana Ledi\u0107<\/strong>, 1st year, Professional Short Study Program Entrepreneurship<\/em> Participating in this program was my first Erasmus experience and it exceeded all expectations. From the initial introduction to artificial intelligence and its potential to teamwork on solving real business challenges \u2013 every moment was filled with learning. I especially appreciated how the workshops connected theory with practical application. Meeting students from other countries helped broaden my horizons and form friendships I\u2019m sure will last a lifetime.<\/p>\n \u25b6 Petra Filip\u010di\u0107<\/strong>, 1st year, Professional Undergraduate Program Finance and Business Law<\/em> What impressed me most was the intensity of the program and the amount of knowledge we gained in just a few days. The lectures were very interactive, and the professors were approachable and open to all our questions. I enjoyed the teamwork, as participants came from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds, which led to varied perspectives in problem-solving. This program empowered and motivated me to continue developing my skills in technology and finance.<\/p>\n \u25b6 Nina Blagaj<\/strong>, 1st year, Professional Undergraduate Program Finance and Business Law<\/em> Throughout the program, I felt like part of a larger European educational space. The workshops were content-rich yet highly practical. I was particularly interested in topics connecting AI with legal and ethical issues, as they are highly relevant and directly tied to my field of study. Each day ended with social gatherings and idea-sharing, which fostered a strong sense of community.<\/p>\n \u25b6 Jelena Barlek<\/strong>, 2nd year, Professional Graduate MBA Program Business Management \u2013 Financial Management<\/em> For me, this program was a valuable opportunity for further professional growth. My expectations were high, but the program exceeded them. I learned how to use specific AI tools in business analysis, decision-making, and communication. I also improved my professional English skills, which are crucial for my career. Additionally, I made valuable friendships and contacts that may support future international collaborations.<\/p>\n \u25b6 Tihana Barlek<\/strong>, 1st year, Professional Graduate MBA Program Business Management \u2013 Financial Management<\/em> In Warsaw, I truly felt the power of international educational cooperation. Each lecture opened a new perspective, especially those that explored the boundaries between human and artificial intelligence. It was inspiring to learn directly from experts in law, psychology, linguistics, and technology, and to reflect on the future of our labor market. This program encouraged me to continue investing in my knowledge and broadened my worldview.<\/p>\n \u25b6 Ela Magdi\u0107<\/strong>, 1st year, Professional Undergraduate Program Finance and Business Law<\/em> For me, this program was more than just education \u2013 it was a journey of personal transformation. I learned how to effectively collaborate with people from different cultures, how to listen and adapt, while still asserting my viewpoint and contributing to the team. I particularly appreciated the balance between academic and informal parts of the experience \u2013 days filled with workshops and evenings with social events and discovering Warsaw. The BIP program inspired me to keep seeking similar opportunities for growth.<\/p>\n More Than Education \u2013 A Journey of Knowledge, Culture, and Friendships<\/strong><\/p>\n In addition to the academic program, students explored Warsaw through cultural visits to the Old Town, Uprising Museum, \u0141azienki Royal Gardens, and electric scooter rides through city streets.
