With the completion of the educational program held from October 2024 to May 2025, a new cycle of cooperation between the Effectus College of Business and the Professional Development Centre of the Sopot Kindergarten has successfully concluded. During a ceremony held on June 6th, certificates were awarded to the program participants \u2013 kindergarten directors from across Croatia \u2013 who, through the 28.5-hour program, further strengthened their knowledge and competencies in the field of modern management and leadership in the education system.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The participants \u2013 20 kindergarten directors from around the country \u2013 enhanced their knowledge in numerous areas, including: Management Awareness; Competency-Based Leadership and Management; Financial Management and Resource Allocation; Critical Thinking; The Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Leadership; Change Management and Organisational Learning; Conflict and Stress Management; The Influence of Personal Effectiveness on Organisational Effectiveness; Key Performance Indicators in Organisations; and Managing and Successfully Implementing Change and Supporting the Development of Employee Competencies.<\/p>\n

The Dean of the Effectus College of Business, Associate Professor \u0110uro Horvat, PhD, highlighted the importance of jointly promoting the core values of all educational institutions, emphasizing that the child, pupil, and student must be at the center of every activity \u2013 not only as recipients of knowledge, but also as active participants in their journey of growth and development.<\/p>\n

We extend our sincere thanks to all participants for their trust and partnership, and we look forward to future joint projects aimed at advancing the education system.<\/em><\/p>\n
