With a formal certificate award ceremony held on June 12th, the education and professional development of the second generation of participants in the EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences’ lifelong learning program \u2013 Mini MBA Doing Business 4.0: Management \u2013 came to a successful close. After months of dedicated learning and professional development, fifteen of the sixteen enrolled participants received their certificates and are now ready to take on new professional challenges.<\/strong><\/p>\n Over the course of five months and 100 instructional hours, through 10 courses organized into five thematic modules \u2013 General, Financial, Legal, Analytical, and Digital \u2013 participants expanded their knowledge and developed new skills essential for success in today\u2019s dynamic business environment. The program carried 10 ECTS credits, attesting to its academic rigor and educational quality. As a reminder, the lifelong learning programs at EFFECTUS University are designed as specializations that integrate economics, law, and corporate governance, with the goal of equipping participants with the competencies required to face the challenges of the modern market.<\/p>\n Associate Professor Robert Kopal, PhD, President of the Management Board of EFFECTUS University and Program Director, emphasized that participants learned how to build a career based on agility and adaptability, while acquiring essential skills in leadership, strategic thinking, and making critical business decisions.<\/p>\n Professor \u0110uro Horvat, PhD, Director of the Effectus College of Business, while presenting the certificates, highlighted the importance of lifelong learning, stating that education helps us understand ourselves and the world around us, raising awareness of our own potential, which we can harness to further societal development.
