At a time when artificial intelligence is increasingly taking on the role of an \u201cinvisible recruiter,\u201d the question of fairness and transparency in hiring is becoming one of the key legal and societal challenges of our time. This very topic will be addressed at the LegalTech 2026 conference, which will bring together leading experts from the legal, technological, and regulatory sectors on May 20.<\/p>\n
