Her professional and academic experience includes: Chairwoman of the Management Board of the Financial Agency, Advisor to the President of the City Assembly of the City of Zagreb, Member of the Management Board of the Institute for Electric Power and Energy d.d., Director of REGOS, Advisor for Accounting and Taxes at Inženjerski biro d.d. She has participated in several projects of significant importance for the Republic of Croatia (as project leader or collaborator), such as the pension reform project from 2000 to 2002, the central payroll system in 2015 and 2016, E-Citizen – the first phase, and the adaptation of payment transactions to SEPA rules due to the introduction of the euro currency.

In addition to her teaching at the Effectus University of Applied Sciences, she also lectures as an external collaborator at Libertas International University and RRIF College of Applied Sciences in Zagreb.

She has published over 20 professional and scientific papers in Croatia and abroad.

Special Recognitions:

• 2002. Awarded Project Manager of the Year for the Pension Reform Project by CROMA.
• 2003. Received a USAID Award – International Recognition for the Best Pension Reform Project.
