Employee training and development specialist

Director of human resources

Analyze the basic concepts, approaches and methods used in the psychology of organization and work and the impact of career development and other fundamental factors of organizational culture on organizational behavior.

Conduct employment policies based on the analysis of labor market phenomena and the synthesized differences of people in the organization.

Choose the most appropriate approaches, models, procedures and tools, and leadership styles as the basis for optimal decision making with the goal of successfully managing organizations.

Integrate the acquired knowledge and skills in managing human resources and knowledge into organizational management processes, the processes of organizational change, in achieving basic organizational goals and in developing an innovative organization.
