She graduated in Psychology in 1996 from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, and obtained her Master’s degree in Psychology from the same faculty in 2002. She has held managerial positions in the field of human resources for many years. She has completed numerous professional seminars in psychology, human resources, and management. She has lectured at numerous workshops in the fields of psychology and human resources. She is the author of several professional articles on topics related to human resources and psychology.
