Ana Uzelac, M.Ed. Phys.

Assistant

She graduated in 2021 from the Faculty of Science at the University of Zagreb. During her studies, she was actively involved in the popularization of science and in conducting educational sessions in mathematics, physics, and computer science. Due to her excellence in her studies, she was awarded STEM scholarships.

In 2020, she served as the administrator for conducting student surveys and as an exam coordinator at Effectus Polytechnic as an external teaching collaborator. After completing her studies, she was engaged as an assistant at Effectus Polytechnic in March 2021. Since October 2021, she has been employed at XIII. Gymnasium in Zagreb as a physics teacher for both general and natural science-mathematics high school tracks. In November 2022, she passed the professional exam for physics teaching in secondary schools in Zagreb. In December 2024, she will receive recognition for her achievement as a professional associate in teaching at Effectus Polytechnic.

During her career so far, she has participated in several dozen courses, training sessions, and professional conferences on topics related to digital skills, digital technologies in education, programming, and STEM. Additionally, in August 2023, she participated in the 52nd ISMD International Symposium on Multiparticle Dynamics in Hungary.
