To create new and innovative entrepreneurial approaches.
To identify the potential of entrepreneurial ideas for creating value and appropriate ways to maximize it.
To evaluate the impact of value-creating ideas and the effects of entrepreneurial activities on the target community, market, society, and the environment.
To organize the management of material, intangible, and digital resources required to turn ideas into action.
To manage the competencies required at any stage of an entrepreneurial venture, including technical, legal, tax, and digital competencies.
To calculate the cost of turning an idea into a value-creating activity and manage financing to ensure long-term value generation.
To develop a plan and formulate and evaluate financial decisions over time.
To build long-term, medium-term, and short-term goals, and categorize priorities and action plans.
