The twelfth generation of participants in the EFFECTUS University College Lifelong Learning Program “Supervision and Corporate Governance” will begin classes on March 11.

This program is designed for board members, management board members, and supervisory board members of companies, as well as directors, members of supervisory boards, and governing councils of institutions. Its goal is to provide in-depth applied knowledge on the legal framework of corporate governance, economic and financial aspects of corporate governance, and corporate security.

Over approximately 100 teaching hours, led by Professor Dr. Jakša Barbić and Mr. Miljenko Javorović, participants will gain insights into:

• Types of companies, share capital, stocks, and business shares
• Company bodies, their competencies, responsibilities, and remuneration models for board and supervisory board members
• Economic and financial operations, reporting, control, and auditing
• Positioning in financial and capital markets, company valuation, and risk assessment
