She obtained the title of Master of Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Marine Engineering, in Zagreb at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. She earned her master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and her doctorate at the Faculty of Economics in Split.
Since 2008, she has been a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, teaching in the postgraduate programs Organization and Management and IT Management. She is also a lecturer at Alma Mater University, where she is the course holder for Project Portfolio Management within Strategic Management. Additionally, she lectures at the University North, where she is the course holder for Project Management in the graduate program in Business Economics. She is a professor at Effectus University College, where she teaches Project Management in the graduate program.
She is also the course holder for the Corporate Security Architecture module in the Corporate Security Manager Certification Program, organized by the Croatian Association of Security Managers. She has published numerous scientific and professional papers and has participated in many conferences and expert gatherings.
In collaboration with renowned experts in the field of corporate security, she co-authored the book Corporate Security in 2011. She has been actively involved in project and process management since 2002, obtaining numerous certifications in project management, including the Certified Portfolio Director IPMA Level A (International Project Management Association) in 2017 and 2022, as well as certifications in business process management.
She has led various corporate projects, including the development and implementation of business strategies, corporate restructuring and transformation, business process and organizational structure optimization, and the establishment of operational excellence using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. She holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Institute for Six Sigma, Vienna, Austria.
She has developed and implemented project management offices (PMOs) in several organizations, including cost management systems, risk management systems, and performance tracking systems to assess project outcomes.
She serves as the Vice President of the Croatian Association for Project Management (IPMA Croatia) and is also highly active at the global level within the IPMA association, where she acts as a Global Mentor in the IPMA Kids Program.
She has established and managed numerous project portfolios and has received several awards from IPMA, including the Diversity in Project Management award in 2018, the IPMA Global Recognition for Voluntary Contribution to the Development of the IPMA Certification System—particularly for her expertise and support during the standardization and certification research of the IPMA ICB 4.5 program from 2020 to 2023, and the IPMA Croatia Recognition for her outstanding contribution and dedication in implementing the IPMA Agile standard into the Croatian language in 2024.
She is currently the HR, PMO, and BPM Director at Triglav Insurance.
