On April 29, EFFECTUS University College and the Institute of Economics, Zagreb renewed their Cooperation Agreement, reaffirming their mutual commitment to developing and enhancing joint activities focused on students, academic programs, scientific research, and publishing. The agreement was signed by Dr. Ivana Rašić, Director of the Institute of Economics, Zagreb, and Dr. Željka Zavišić, Dean of EFFECTUS University College, with Professor Dr. Đuro Horvat also in attendance.

The Agreement outlines collaboration in the following areas:

• Organization and implementation of student internships and research activities

• Development and improvement of academic programs aligned with labor market needs

• Access to the Institute’s library resources for EFFECTUS students and faculty

• Joint research projects and applications for national and international funding opportunities

• Participation of EIZ experts in teaching activities

• Organization and delivery of professional events, conferences, and publishing initiatives

EFFECTUS students and faculty will be granted both physical and digital access to the EIZ library, including use of its literature and databases for academic and research purposes.

This Agreement marks a significant step in strengthening the connection between academia and the professional community, with the aim of advancing student competencies and enhancing the overall quality of education.
