LO1 Describe the nature, legal and institutional framework, and key elements of the business environment.
LO2 Make independent, logical, economically rational, and lawful financial decisions while adhering to prescribed procedures, guidelines, and generally accepted economic principles.
LO3 Collect, organize, and interpret financial and other business-related information and data.
LO4 Conduct business analyses of a lower level of complexity.
LO5 Apply fundamental principles, rules, and strategies of accounting, financial management, and financial planning in low-complexity situations based on available data.
LO6 Independently manage the financial resources of a business entity.
LO7 Assess the social and economic benefits of a business entity’s operations.
LO8 Explain the structure, mechanisms, and governance rules of corporations and other types of business entities.
LO9 Analyze facts and draw conclusions in business law situations of lower complexity by using legal sources, case law, textbooks, scientific and professional papers in the field of business law.
LO10 Draft decisions, resolutions, contracts, and other types of written legal documents of lower complexity, in Croatian and English, in compliance with legal regulations.
LO11 Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, orally and/or in writing, regarding economic, financial, and legal processes and phenomena.
LO12 Apply basic analytical skills in business decision-making.
