Marija Miličević, LL.M.

Lecturer

Marija Miličević was born on August 1, 1989, in Zagreb. After finishing her classical high school, she enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in 2008. Throughout her studies, she was consistently among the top 5% of students in her generation. For one academic year, she served as a demonstrator at the Department of Civil Procedural Law. From March to September 2013, she volunteered at the Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb as a legal advisor, providing free legal assistance to citizens with a lower standard of living. She graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in 2013.

Since 2014, she has been employed in a legal entity with public authority, and she gained practical experience through her internship at several courts in Zagreb. Additionally, since April 2023, she has been employed at EFFECTUS Polytechnic, initially as an assistant, and from October 2023, as a lecturer. She is the author of two scientific papers in the field of corporate law and commercial law. Currently, she is enrolled in the Postgraduate Doctoral Study in Legal Sciences, specializing in corporate law and commercial law at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, and is working on her doctoral thesis in the field of competition law.
