The Management Board of EFFECTUS University College has appointed Dr. Jelena Uzelac, Ph.D., as Dean and Marija Miličević, LL.M., as Vice Dean for Teaching and Study Programs.

Dr. Uzelac graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Rijeka in 2003, and obtained her doctorate from the European Faculty of Law in Ljubljana. She has participated in numerous scientific and professional projects in the fields of civil law, public administration, and arbitration, and is the author of several publications in the areas of contract law and tort law. Dr. Uzelac has long been associated with EFFECTUS, holding numerous academic and administrative roles, including a previous term as Dean.

Marija Miličević, LL.M., a lawyer with experience in legal institutions and academic work, began teaching at EFFECTUS in 2023 and is engaged in doctoral studies in legal sciences.
