On June 6, 2025, Career Day and Open Doors Evening were successfully held at EFFECTUS Polytechnic. An event that connected future students, employers and the academic community through an inspired and interactive program.

In a pleasant and stimulating atmosphere, numerous visitors – graduates, students and interested participants – had the opportunity to learn about current study programs and guidelines of EFFECTUS, make direct contact with employers and win valuable prizes through a fun and educational knowledge quiz.

The event program included:

Networking with employers and presentation of graduate programs

Participants were able to talk to representatives of successful companies and learn about career development, professional internship and employment opportunities.

During the presentation of study programs and majors, Erasmus Day was also held, where attendees could learn all about the possibilities of studying abroad, student mobility, and the international experiences of EFFECTUS students and teachers.

The study programs presented were:

• Short professional study in Entrepreneurship
• Undergraduate study in Finance and Business Law
• Graduate MBA study in Business Administration with majors:

Financial Management
Human Resources and Knowledge Management
Taxes and Business Law
Analytical Management
Behavioral Economics

Guest lecture

Igor Šaravanja gave a lecture “Welcome to the Jungle – the Difference Between Theory and Business Practice”, which further motivated the participants to actively plan their educational and career path.

Knowledge Quiz “5 to 12”

The evening was rounded off with an exciting quiz in which high school graduates and students tested their knowledge in the areas of high school graduation, general knowledge, law, and finance. The most successful ones won valuable prizes – discounts on tuition fees, cinema tickets, gift packages and dinners.
