Sanja Gutić Martinčić, Ph.D.

 

Senior Lecturer

 

Born on August 25, 1979, in Makarska. She graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb.

After more than 10 years of working in the tourism sector, she enrolled in a postgraduate doctoral program at the University of Modern Sciences CKM Mostar. In November 2019, she obtained her Ph.D. degree by defending her dissertation on the topic “The Role of Organizations in the Career Development of Employees.”

Since October 2018, she has been employed as a lecturer at EFFECTUS College on a full-time basis. In November 2023, she was appointed to the teaching position of Senior Lecturer.

She is the author and co-author of six books, most of which focus on human resources.

She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and symposiums and has authored many notable papers in the field of management, which have been published in conference proceedings as well as in domestic professional and scientific journals.
