Mladen Ilić, M.Sc.
Senior Lecturer
Born on February 7, 1958, in Zagreb, he graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and obtained a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb.
He works at the Ministry of Justice and Administration, in the Department for Ethics and Integrity, as a Senior Advisor – Specialist.
He has participated in numerous national and international conferences and symposiums and is the author and co-author of papers in the fields of adult education, the Croatian Qualifications Framework, and entrepreneurship education, which have been published in conference proceedings.
He has attended several significant conferences and seminars, including:
– The 22nd International Scientific and Professional Conference “Accounting and Management”, where he co-authored a paper on “The Application of Teaching Functions and Competencies in Distance Learning Conditions”. The paper was published in the Proceedings, Volume II – Professional Papers.
– Workshop on the Application of Tools and Ethical Standards in Public Administration
– Train the Trainer: Competence-Based HRM
– Zagreb: “Éthique et intégrité des fonctionnaires”
– China – Public Administration for Civil Servants of Middle Europe

He is also a member of the State Examination Commission for the State Professional Exam in the field of the European Union.
