Senior Lecturer

She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and completed a master’s degree in Norway and at Oxford.

With over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, she began acquiring her first entrepreneurial skills as a teenager in the family business, which later led to the establishment of her own consulting business. She has extensive consulting experience in the field of “soft” managerial skills (decision-making techniques in organizations, meeting management, business leadership, employee motivation, teamwork, and group dynamics) for Croatian companies and public institutions.

In addition to consulting, she works on international and domestic projects, conducts “train the trainers” programs, and provides individual coaching for managers and entrepreneurs.

She is a guest lecturer at Croatian and foreign universities and business schools (Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Latvia), where she teaches business ethics, economics, business leadership, and multicultural communication.

She is the author and co-author of several books and manuals in the fields of entrepreneurship, management, decision-making, and communication skills. Her professional articles are published in leading Croatian business magazines such as Poslovni savjetnik, Lider, Poslovni dnevnik, and Business.hr.
