From May 6 to May 9, 2025, the fourteenth Mini Academy of the Business Advisor—a unique educational workshop designed for office managers, secretaries, office coordinators, and administrative staff from both the private and public sectors—was held at EFFECTUS University College, located at Kennedy Square 2 in Zagreb.

Over the course of four days, participants engaged in an interactive program featuring 14 distinguished lecturers. Within 24 academic hours, they acquired essential knowledge in the areas of business communication, management, work organization, and personal development. This program, already recognized as a valuable tool for professional advancement, once again underscored the importance of continuous education for administrative personnel, who serve as an indispensable support system within every organization.

Representing EFFECTUS University College, Ms. Snježana Horvat, mag.comm., Head of the Center for Students and Faculty, took part in the event, further reaffirming our institution’s commitment to supporting professional development and knowledge exchange.
