With great joy and pride, we are delighted to share wonderful news — our professor, Marija Miličević, successfully defended her doctoral dissertation on December 18, 2025, thereby earning the academic title of Doctor of Legal Sciences (PhD).

Marija defended her doctoral dissertation entitled “Procedural Legal Protection in Cases of Infringement of Competition Law” at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, once again confirming her expertise, perseverance, and passion for scholarly research.

Following the successful defense, Professor Miličević stated:

“This was a long, demanding, yet beautiful journey. I am grateful to everyone who encouraged me, supported me, and believed in me. I hope that my work will represent a small but valuable contribution to the development of legal practice in the field of competition law.”
