Training Begins for the Second Cohort of the “Fundamentals of Financial Literacy and Counselling for Consumers at Risk of Over-Indebtedness” Programme
On 9 September 2026, the training programme for the second cohort of participants in the “Fundamentals of Financial Literacy and Counselling for Consumers at Risk of Over-Indebtedness” programme commenced.
This year, the programme is attended by 21 participants, who will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and practical skills in the areas of financial literacy and counselling for consumers at risk of over-indebtedness through 64 hours of training.
Throughout the programme, participants will explore key topics such as personal and household financial management, household budget analysis, assessment of credit exposure, understanding banking products and credit agreements, and consumer rights protection.
Particular emphasis is placed on identifying the risks of over-indebtedness and developing the competencies required to provide high-quality counselling and formulate recommendations for reducing and restructuring debt.
The launch of the new cohort underscores the importance of continued investment in financial literacy and the development of professional competencies that can contribute to greater financial security for individuals and households.
We wish all participants a successful start to the programme, plenty of new knowledge, and every success in completing their training!
