A New Academic Year, New Energy, a Shared Step Forward

The new semester does not begin with the first lecture – it begins with ideas, preparation, and a shared vision of what we want to achieve. In this spirit, ahead of the start of the 2026/2027 academic year and the winter semester, EFFECTUS University College held a faculty meeting dedicated to new developments, progress, and the continued advancement of the teaching process.

The meeting focused on the quality, relevance, and contemporary nature of teaching. Particular attention was given to further improving the organization of teaching activities, strengthening good practices, and creating even stronger links between course content and the needs of students, the labor market, and the dynamic business environment.

The discussion also focused on developing teaching methods that engage students more actively in the learning process, encourage the exchange of ideas, critical thinking, independence, and the practical application of acquired knowledge in real-world business situations. Because quality teaching is not static. It evolves, adapts, and grows alongside students and faculty, as well as in response to the changes shaping the world of work.

For this reason, the meeting also provided an opportunity for an open exchange of experiences, suggestions, and new ideas, with a shared goal – to make teaching even more effective, relevant, up to date, and closely aligned with the needs of new generations of students.

At EFFECTUS, the new academic year therefore begins with more than just a new timetable and a new semester. It begins with new energy, new ideas, and a commitment to taking the good practices already in place to an even higher level.

Ahead of us is a year filled with new knowledge, collaboration, challenges, and opportunities. And we look forward to everything we will create together throughout the 2026/2027 academic year.
