EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences invites its students to participate in the International Week for Students, entitled “Boosting Digital Skills in Education and Business,” which will take place from May 4 to May 8, 2026, in Belgrade, organized by the Faculty of Business Economics and Entrepreneurship.

This international program enables students to develop digital competencies, exchange knowledge and experiences with peers from different countries, and take part in interactive workshops, lectures, and project-based learning focused on real-world business challenges.

The program consists of a virtual component, to be held on April 17, 2026, lasting two hours, and a physical mobility in Belgrade from May 4 to May 8, 2026. During their stay in Serbia, students will participate in lectures and workshops, study visits to institutions related to digital skills in business, team projects, and analyses of real business cases, as well as a final knowledge assessment. The program also includes organized city tours and visits to cultural institutions.

By participating in the program, students will earn 3 ECTS credits, and the mobility will be carried out within the framework of the Erasmus+ program. A maximum of five students will receive Erasmus+ funding covering travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs. The organizer will provide one meal per day (lunch), coffee breaks during lectures and workshops, teaching materials, access to equipment, and the costs related to the cultural program.

Applications are open to students nominated by their home institution. Interested students are required to contact the Erasmus coordinator for information on the application and nomination procedure. Applications are accepted via email at erasmus@effectus.com.hr.

The application deadline for students at EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences is February 1, 2026, while the deadline for official nominations from partner institutions is March 15, 2026. The number of available places is limited; therefore, students are encouraged to apply in a timely manner.
