EFFECTUS veleučilište proudly announces the publication of two significant books authored by our professor, Sanja Gutić Martinčić, PhD – works that represent a valuable contribution to scientific and professional literature in the fields of human resource management and organizational behavior.

The first book, “Human Resource Metrics,” marks an important shift in the approach to managing human resources and organizational behavior as measurable and operational disciplines. Professor Gutić Martinčić starts from the premise that human resources are the key assets of every organization and offers readers a rich arsenal of metric instruments – questionnaires, tests, scales, models, and methods – that enable effective diagnostics and management of human resources in real business environments. The book is intended for students at all levels of study, as well as for managers seeking to improve processes and practices within their organizations, with a strong emphasis on innovation and performance measurement in people management.

The second book, “Contemporary Aspects and Content of Organizational Behavior,” provides a thorough and structured analysis of organizational behavior as a key component of effective management.
