ERASMUS+ Lectures on Roman and Misdemeanor Law at EFFECTUS
Undergraduate students of the Finance and Business program at EFFECTUS College of Law and Finance attended two interesting and educational lectures on October 16, held as part of the ERASMUS+ program by professors from the Faculty of Law for Commerce and Judiciary in Novi Sad – Prof. Dr. Nenad Stefanović and Prof. Dr. Nenad Bingulac.
Professor Stefanović presented the topic “Roman Law – Status and Family Law Comparison,” through which he introduced students to the fundamental principles of Roman law and their comparison with modern legal systems. Professor Bingulac delivered a lecture titled “Misdemeanor Law – Introduction to the Basics of Misdemeanor Law – Fundamentals of Misdemeanor Law,” providing students with an overview of the essential concepts of misdemeanor law and its significance within the legal system.
Students showed great interest in both topics and actively participated in the discussion, while the guest lecturers expressed their gratitude to the students and hosts for their hospitality and pleasant academic atmosphere.
The cooperation within the ERASMUS+ program once again confirmed the importance of international exchange of knowledge and experience, and all participants look forward to continuing future collaboration.
