We invite students from Effectus College to apply by June 5th for participation in the Erasmus+ BIP short program (summer school) which will be held from June 10th to 14th in Bulgaria, organized by Effectus College’s partner institution – Varna University of Management. The theme of the summer school is “Inclusion and Diversity in Business through Intercultural Engagement.”

The program is designed for students at all levels of higher education who are interested and motivated to strengthen their intercultural competencies and develop sensitivity to cultural diversity. BIP is designed to help participants recognize and address various dimensions of diversity related to working in multicultural business environments. The program will be divided into two parts: online and an intensive in-person segment.

Up to seven students have the opportunity to spend mid-June on the Black Sea coast.
