Financial Management

Study for an MBA is designed in conjunction with the latest demands of the job market, the economy, education, and finally the interest of the students. The goal of the program is to link theory and practice, recognizing that professional business managers must have, not only specialized knowledge, but also a strong basic knowledge.

Human Resources and Knowledge Management

In the second year the MBA program offers students a specialization in Human Resources and knowledge Management. The basic goal of this specialization is to acquaint students with the basic ideas of the field, and to master the strategies, methods, and techniques for managing human potential. The particular competencies that the students acquire will enable them to apply the strategies, methods and techniques for managing human potential in private business and the public sector.

Taxes and Business Law

The module for professional master study in Tax and Corporate Law provides knowledge from the relevant subjects in law, providing the basic theoretical precepts, but also placing a strong emphasis on the practical application of legal knowledge. In this module students will also acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to understand the organizational structure of business entities, as well as the complex business-legal relations that can arise in the course of business activities. Upon completion of this module, students should be able to take responsibility for making strategic decisions through the practical application of the principles managing various types of financial risk (tax risk, liability risk, investment risk and market risk) and they should be able to apply the complex instruments of the tax.

Creativity, innovation and analytical management

Teaching the concepts of creativity and innovation is becoming a significant part of formal education system. Changes in demand on the labor market require more complex approach to education at the graduate level as well as acquisition of wider range of specific competences that cannot be acquired only by studying financial management. Acquisition of creative skills and  techniques, problem solving techniques and analytical management will make part of the skills and techniques needed for almost any job in the future.

Behavioral economics

Become an expert in a wide range of areas / subjects that include entrepreneurial competencies, such us neuroeconomics and neuromarketing, behavioral marketing, behavioral finance, behavioral game theory, risk and uncertainty decision making, decision psychology, social physics, social psychology and subjects which enable students to apply practical methods and tools in business analysis and research of the narrower and wider business environment, such as econometrics and statistic methods for behavioral sciences.
