Graduation Ceremony for the First Generation of Mini MBA Doing Business 4.0 – Operational Participants
The graduation ceremony for the first cohort of the Mini MBA Doing Business 4.0 – Operational program was held on April 10 at Effectus Business School. The program is designed as a focused specialization across complementary fields—economics, law, and corporate governance—and comprises 10 courses structured into five thematic modules: General, Financial, Legal, Analytical, and Digital.
The Mini MBA Doing Business 4.0 – Operational program was developed in response to contemporary market needs, with an emphasis on practical business operations. The first generation of participants demonstrated high levels of motivation, engagement, and a strong desire to apply their newly acquired knowledge in real-world scenarios.
A total of 14 participants successfully completed the program, which included 125 hours of coursework and awarded 10 ECTS credits. Each graduate received a certificate confirming their understanding of the role and importance of legal frameworks in business, their ability to analyze financial services, and their competence in comprehending the digital economy. Additionally, participants learned to recognize the strategic value of data in modern business and how data analytics and data science are becoming central to informed decision-making.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Željka Zavišić, Dean of Effectus University College; Associate Professor Dr. Robert Kopal, Program Director; and Professor Dr. Đuro Horvat, Director of Effectus Business School. The opening address was delivered by Professor Dr. Đuro Horvat, who, together with Dean Dr. Željka Zavišić, presented certificates and congratulated the participants on their dedication, effort, and successful completion of the program.
