The graduation ceremony of the 10th generation of participants in the Mini MBA: Healthcare Management Program at EFFECTUS College was marked by the formal awarding of certificates recognizing successful completion of the program.

The certificates were presented by Prof. Đuro Horvat, Ph.D., and Dražen Jurković, M.Sc., M.D., program directors and lecturers, who extended their sincere congratulations to the participants for their dedication, effort, and motivation in acquiring new knowledge. During the ceremony, the importance of continuous professional development and the contribution of each participant to advancing management practices within the modern healthcare system were emphasized, highlighting that this generation is setting new standards of excellence in their profession.

Directors, managers, and numerous professionals from the healthcare sector shared experiences, learned together, and developed skills in contemporary healthcare management.

Throughout six intensive modules, participants acquired practical knowledge and leadership competencies that enable them to make more effective decisions, better understand the economic and organizational aspects of healthcare, and develop strategic leadership and team management skills aligned with the challenges of the modern healthcare system.

Program leaders proudly emphasize that for ten years, the Mini MBA Program has served as a bridge between theory and practice – educating generations of managers whose knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm contribute to strengthening the quality, sustainability, and innovativeness of the healthcare system of the Republic of Croatia.
