Natalia Tutek, Ph.D.

Natalia Tutek graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, Department of Marketing, and received her PhD in Information and Communication Sciences from the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb. She has many years of work experience in the banking sector. During her years of work at the bank, her work included leading a team and managing the entire process of developing new products and services – from market, competitor and client research, data analysis to product conceptualization and marketing mix design. She teaches several courses on Effectus: Marketing Management, Knowledge and Innovation Management, Leadership, Negotiation Skills, Communication and Presentation Skills.
