• A Program That Shapes Future Managers – Six Months of Learning for Years of Career Advancement

A new cohort of the Mini MBA Doing Business 4.0 – Operational program, one of the most sought-after professional development programs for mid-level managers, has commenced classes. The lifelong learning program of EFFECTUS University College was officially opened on 21 November by the program director, Assoc. Prof. Robert Kopal, PhD, with a lecture titled “Management Insights.”

The program runs for six months and includes 125 hours of interactive workshop-based instruction delivered through five modules: General, Financial, Legal, Analytical, and Digital. Through case studies, simulations, and team projects, participants develop key competencies for contemporary leadership, strategic decision-making, and rapid adaptation to the challenges of digital business.

Mini MBA DB4 – Operational awards participants 10 ECTS credits and is intended for professionals with at least three years of experience—essentially, for anyone seeking to advance their managerial and analytical skills. Effectus has clearly defined the learning outcomes: upon completion, participants will be able to critically assess cognitive biases in decision-making, apply game theory, analyze financial statements, prepare an investment project, and understand digital transformation and cybersecurity risks.

This program builds on the success of previous cohorts, including the recently completed second generation of the Mini MBA DB4 – Management with 16 participants, as well as the third generation, which began in September 2025.
