The orientation meeting for graduating students was held on June 13, 2025, starting at 4:30 PM, with the aim of informing students about all the important aspects that accompany them in the final phase of their studies. The meeting was conducted by the Head of Student Services, Snježana Horvat, and the Graduation Coordinator, Lucija Hadrović.

The Graduation Coordinator was introduced as a dedicated point of contact at the University of Applied Sciences, responsible for monitoring the group of transfer students, tracking study progress, supporting the successful completion of studies, creating individual study plans, and identifying potential delays in academic advancement.

We addressed the duration of their graduation status and explained the possibilities for its extension. Additionally, we thoroughly reviewed the procedures related to the completion of studies, topic and mentor registration, as well as the writing and defense of final and graduate theses. Finally, students were presented with opportunities for continuing their education through the MBA graduate program in Business Management and various lifelong learning programs offered by EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences.
