The 13th generation of participants in the lifelong learning program “Supervision and Corporate Governance” has officially begun their studies at EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences. The program continues to demonstrate strong interest in this specialized education.

The lecture was opened by the program directors, Mr. Sc. Miljenko Javorović and Dr. Sc. Mladen Vedriš, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Sc. Đuro Horvat, head of lifelong learning.

The program is designed for professionals seeking to enhance their competencies in supervision and corporate governance. Participants gain knowledge in the legal and economic framework of corporate governance, financial systems and auditing, as well as corporate security and ethics. The program also includes practical skills applicable in everyday business, and successful completion of the module awards 10 ECTS credits.

“The goal of the program is to equip participants to effectively perform supervisory and managerial functions in line with the demands of the modern business environment,” emphasized the program leaders.
