The third generation of participants began classes on September 19 as part of the Lifelong Learning Program MINI MBA DOING BUSINESS 4.0 (DB4): Management. The program is intended for middle and senior-level managers, offering participants the opportunity to develop and enhance their existing skills while acquiring new managerial competencies.

The program was opened by the head, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Robert Kopal, with a lecture on Management Insights. On behalf of the Business School, participants were welcomed by the director, Prof. Dr. Đuro Horvat.

As a reminder, the MINI MBA DOING BUSINESS 4.0 (DB4): Management program is designed for middle and senior-level managers who want to proactively approach business challenges and acquire advanced interdisciplinary knowledge and skills for both the present and the future. Through five dimensions – modules (General, Financial, Legal, Analytical, and Digital), participants learn through practical examples and real business case analyses, guided by renowned practitioner-lecturers (researching professionals).

The program is structured to ensure maximum efficiency of time with an optimal balance between academic and personal workload, while at the same time providing maximum return on investment through the development of a successful and sustainable business career. Participants also gain access to excellent networking opportunities and, upon completion, are awarded a Mini MBA certificate with 10 ECTS credits.
