The graduation ceremony for bachelor’s and master’s graduates in economics at EFFECTUS University College was held on May 14, 2026, in the ceremonial hall of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts. This important academic occasion brought together graduates, their families, friends, professors, and associates of EFFECTUS University College.

In the beautiful setting of the long-standing business partner – the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts – the graduates were traditionally addressed by the Secretary General of the HOK, Violeta Jelić, and the Vice President of the Business and Economic Council of EFFECTUS University College, Sabina Škrtić.

On behalf of the graduates, speeches were delivered by Dijana Peša and Zvonimir Zorić, whose sincere and inspiring words filled the hall with emotion and brought smiles as well as tears of pride among those present.

The ceremony was further enriched musically by soprano Marija Vidović, who has an esteemed international career.

At the end of the ceremony, the graduates were addressed by the Dean of EFFECTUS University College, PhD Jelena Uzelac, who emphasized:

“We are proud of you. You are our ambassadors and the greatest confirmation of the values that EFFECTUS nurtures. We look forward to all your personal and professional achievements, because each of your successes is also a success for EFFECTUS. We will miss you, but we are happy that you are leaving prepared for new challenges. Although today symbolically closes one chapter, we believe that a new one is simultaneously beginning – filled with opportunities, growth, and success. You may no longer be our students, but you will forever remain part of the EFFECTUS family – our alumni, partners, and friends. EFFECTUS will always be your home, and the doors of our university college will always remain open to you.”

Through this occasion, we once again sincerely congratulate all our graduates. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to be part of your academic and personal development, and we wish you much professional success, personal fulfillment, and courage in all the challenges ahead.

We are proud that you are now moving from the student benches of EFFECTUS University College toward new life and business achievements, and we believe that with your knowledge, responsibility, and dedication you will be a driving force of the society of the future.
