Zlatko Hodak, Ph.D.

Professor of Professional Studies in Permanent Title

Zlatko Hodak was born in Bjelovar on November 4, 1960. He graduated and obtained a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, and completed his doctoral studies at the University of Rijeka, at the Faculty of Management in Tourism and Hospitality. He has over thirty-five years of work experience in the economy, with more than thirty years in management positions, including CEO of Narodne novine d.d., Director of the Cluster of Auto Parts Manufacturers, Director of Enima d.d. Zagreb, and Director of Marketing and Finance at Elcon d.d. Zlatar Bistrica.

His previous work experience includes the following positions and activities: management of joint-stock companies, creation of business and development policies, financial policy development, preparation of plans and programs, decision-making on capital investments, project management, concluding international contracts, introducing new programs into company operations, and management of human resources.

He holds the status of Associate Professor at a University of Applied Sciences. He is the author of several professional and scientific papers in the fields of management, marketing, and finance. He has participated in and lectured at numerous professional and scientific international conferences related to entrepreneurship, management, and marketing.
