Strategy 2026–2030 Focused on Excellence, Innovation, and the Labour Market

The new strategic framework connects the institution’s vision, mission, and concrete development objectives into a unified management system, supported by clearly defined performance indicators and measurable outcomes.

EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences further strengthens its position as a dynamic and modern higher education institution that actively shapes the future of education and the economy.

EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences has adopted its Development Strategy Framework for the period 2026–2030, a key document that marks the beginning of a new development cycle and a significant step towards modern, internationally relevant, and market-oriented higher education.

The new strategy confirms the institution’s clear ambition: to educate professionals who understand the complexity of contemporary business environments and actively contribute to economic development. At the heart of the strategic vision is the student, with a strong focus on acquiring practical knowledge, developing interdisciplinary competencies, and enhancing employability after graduation.

“By adopting the new Strategic Framework, we are clearly defining the future direction of EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences as a modern and agile institution that actively responds to the needs of the economy and society. Our goal is to further strengthen the connection between education and the labour market and to develop professionals who will drive progress in their respective fields,” stated the Management Board of EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences.

Innovation, Digitalisation, and International Openness

EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences is further strengthening its distinctive educational model, which integrates economics, law, and business management in response to labour market demands. The strategy identifies six key development priorities:

• Enhancing the quality and relevance of education;
• Strengthening academic and research capacities;
• Advancing scientific and professional activities;
• Promoting internationalisation and global visibility;
• Driving digital transformation and the application of artificial intelligence;
• Strengthening cooperation with the economy and society.

Particular emphasis is placed on the digital transformation of the teaching process, the development of future-oriented competencies, and the integration of artificial intelligence into education and research. At the same time, the institution is intensifying its efforts in international cooperation, mobility programmes, and global recognition.
