EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences participated in the international conference “Shaping Student Mobility Beyond 2027” in Brussels, organized by the European Commission as part of the European Student Card Initiative (ESCI).

The conference brought together representatives of higher education institutions, European institutions, student organizations, and experts in the internationalization of higher education to discuss the future development of student mobility, the digitalization of the Erasmus+ programme, and opportunities to strengthen European cooperation beyond 2027.

EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences was represented at the conference by Dr. Željka Zavišić, President of the Governing Board and Head of the International Cooperation Centre. She had the opportunity to gain insight into the latest European initiatives and strategic guidelines aimed at enhancing student mobility and supporting the digital transformation of higher education.

By participating in this event, EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences continues to actively monitor European trends and strengthen its international dimension through the development of partnerships and the creation of new opportunities for students and academic staff within the European Higher Education Area.
