EFFECTUS University of Applied Sciences, in cooperation with the Croatian Association of Healthcare Employers, is opening applications for the new cohort of the lifelong learning program MINI MBA: Healthcare Management, with classes beginning in September 2026.

The program is intended for directors, managers, and employees of healthcare institutions, healthcare administrators, private healthcare professionals, as well as anyone wishing to enhance their knowledge and competencies in the field of healthcare systems management.

Through an interdisciplinary approach, participants acquire practical knowledge in the areas of:

• management and human resource management,
• healthcare system financing,
• legal framework and professional liability,
• quality and risk management,
• communication skills and crisis communication,
• healthcare systems organization and digital healthcare.

The program consists of 236 hours, is delivered in a hybrid format, and participants are also provided access to recorded lectures.

Upon completion of the program, participants receive a certificate and confirmation of program completion, as well as 15 ECTS credits.
